Development of a smart district heating and cooling grid alongside the Paris Saclay Urban Development Agency (EPAPS) (Tilia project).
- Energy planning for the Paris Saclay research and technology hub, a newly built reference eco-district and the main innovation cluster of France (phase 1); and implementation and commisioning of the resulting district energy project (phase 2).
- Design of an innovative, sustainable, shared and mutualised district grid solution based on low-temperature geothermal energy (28°C), and other local renewable and recycled energies.
- Detailed conception, modelling, organisation and development of a smart district heating and cooling system, mainly based on flexible, semi-decentralised infrastructure. Support to the EPAPS during the tender process, construction and first years of operation of this European showcase multi-energy smart grid.
